The training of the crew is very important to us. We educate sailors and provide for nautical junior staff. The management of a ship is complex and makes high demands on the crew. Therefore, we attach great importance to the regular training of our on-board team.
Administration
We take over the complete personnel management and salary administration for the shipping company.

Shipbuilding and upgrades
On behalf of the ship owner or operator, we budget, organize and monitor all work in close coordination with our technical experts at River Technics.

Our nautical management professionally arranges the audit and supervision of the ship certificates and their procurement or extension on behalf of the ship owners or the shipping company.
Purchasing
We order all necessary products for the ships, especially fuel and lubricants. In consultation with the shipping company, we organize the purchase of fuel for hedged future transactions by means of a written agreement.
